Product Overview

The THS4012CD is a dual high-speed low-distortion voltage-feedback Operational Amplifier ideal for a wide range of applications. The device offers good AC performance, with 290MHz bandwidth, 310V/µs slew rate and 37ns settling time (0.1%). This amplifier has a high output drive capability of 110mA and draw only 7.8mA supply current per channel. For applications requiring low distortion, the THS4012 operate with a total harmonic distortion (THD) of -80dBc at f=1MHz.
