Product Overview

The CD74AC541M is an octal Buffer/Line Driver uses the RCA ADVANCED CMOS technology. The CD74AC541 is non-inverting 3-state buffer having two active-LOW output enables. The AC types feature 1.5 to 5.5V operation and balanced noise immunity at 30% of the supply and it also features typical propagation delay of 4.5ns at VCC = 5V, TA = 25°C, CL = 50pF.
