Product Overview

The M24512-WMN6P is a 512kb I²C-compatible EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Memory) organized as 64K x 8 bits. This EEPROM can operate with a supply voltage from 2.5 to 5.5V. It is compatible with all I²C bus modes of 1MHz, 400 and 100kHz.
