Product Overview

The E1518-L-RED is a cable Ferrule Terminal made of copper with tin plated finish and a red nylon insulator shroud. This crimp terminal accepts 16AWG wire and designed to provide a neat end termination to multi-stranded wires. Features a secure connection to terminal blocks and captive terminals, stops wire strands short circuiting to adjacent connectors. Crimping is achieved by the action of the screw in the connector or by use of a dedicated crimping tool.
